How can I fix my Kenmore (model, 385.12312100) sewing machine ?

My sewing machine is not sewing correctly. It looks like the bobbin stitches are fine but the needle stitches can be pulled right through when finished. I’ve cleaned all the parts, changed the needle and adjusted the tension but to no avail. Please help! Thanks
