Hi I've just turned my dimplex xms712n on , but it doesn't heat up so I'm thinking the ememts have gone. But before I buy replacements could it be a simple fit. Please HELP

Elements failed? All of them? At once?

Doesn't sound likely.

One assumes you have checked the electrical supply.

Other items would be the charge control thermostat etc.
