Changed both top and bottom spray arm + the top draw spray arm feeding hose. Top spray arm not spinning at all, so today changed the water inlet valve, as that's what went wrong about 2yrs ago. But all to no avail. Why wont the top spray arm spin and clean my dishes. T.I.A
