We moved into the house last year, but despite repeated requests, the previous owners would not provide the security code for the TS500 alarm. We now need it to be disconnected ahead of building work. I've tried to contact the manufacturers to come and do the disconnection, but without success. Is there anyone out there that can do this for us without the security code please?

Remove mains power by removing fuse from spur (assuming one has been fitted), open case, remove battery leads from battery terminals, if outside bell sounds it will do so until either timer kicks in or sounder battery dies. Job done!
