Hygena built in Multi Turbo Cooker/Grill?

I have a Hygena Multi Turbo Oven/Grill) (no model number on display and no manual) and the oven has stopped working. The grill works OK. Is there a likely answer to this and how do I repair it, assuming it is repairable?

You'll obviously need to find out the model number to be able to order spare parts!
