audio problem?

i have a mikomi m6219 pc camera, the vidio is perfect ,and my brother can hear me perfect, but i cant hear him, we have both been on audio wizard and everything was ok. can anyone help.

Try double checking your speckers are plugged in proply and the settings are not muted
