Problem with a Kenmore 19802 sewing machine- horizontal bobbin?

This machine will sew fine for about 10 hours or so. then the bobbin case starts to rotate slightly to the left and it starts to hit and then start to jam. I have sent it in twice and they just tell me that there is nothing wrong. After it sits for several days it is fine again for about 10 hours of sewing time then it starts up again. Any suggestion?

Good day Layhope,
There should be a small screw on the bobbin case to the right of it, with the slide plate open just move the bobbin case with you finger so you can see how much gap you have between the bobbin case and the raceway, there should be enough room for a number 40 thread to pass through, if the gap is too wide that is the reason you are having problems.
