I have replaced temp switch the water inlet valve and timer, the only way you get hot water is shut off cold water valve Hotpoint washer model htwp1400f2ww

Time to call someone to come and fix it. You have probably spent more money than it would of cost to call someone in the first place. Randomly changing parts in a hit & miss fashion is not the way to repair something. You need to know what you are doing, how to test & fault find and have the correct equipment to do so properly.
