worcester 28cdi combi boiler Bearings Noise?

I have a Worcester 28 cdi combi boiler which is getting progressively noisier. The noise is heard more around the fan which exits the house. Someone made a comment that it is probably the bearings around the flue that needs replacing. Is this easy to do and what part am I looking to buy ?

> Someone made a comment that it is probably the bearings around the flue < the only bearing in the flue is in the fan. you have to replace the whole fan unit. which has to be done by a corgi engineer , because your dealing with the flue chamber.
