Hi I have a series 3200 plus alarm with bF fault - think from look on line and here it could be control panel battery fault? I have called my and left a message for the last person that serviced this - ages ago and awaiting a call….
But it’s gone off twice the alarm in the last couple of hours - can any help turn it off or put it in sleep or service mode until. Some can come and fix ?

Help think it may go off all night
