Scantronic 9427 panel has no lights. Replaced three fuses in inside metal case and also fitted new battery. Still nothing showing on scantronic panel. Bleeping sound from internal alarm.
Check you have 12 v in the keypad. There should be 4 wires in there, the red 12v and black Ov - check with a meter. If no voltage check wiring continuity.
if present you should get green power light at the least.
