Hotpoint Reversomatic De Luxe 9326 not heating?

I have a Hotpoint Reversomatic De Luxe 9326 and it's only heating up to a moderate temperature. It's not completely cold so I'm not too sure what the problem is. Could someone help?
Do I need to reset it?
Do I need a new thermostat?
