Buy a new cooker.
Because that's effective what you will be trying to make.
Buy a new cooker. It will probably work out cheaper.
It will definitely be safer, based on the level of understanding demonstrated in posing your question DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
It will also come with a warranty :-)
