Roger Black gold Magnetic Bike from Argos 901/7609?

My roger black gold magnetic bike 901/7609 lcd screen is powering up but not working. The adaptor had gif caught in the peddle of the bike and pulled out hard. Any ideas on how to fix, I have purchased a new adapter.
