Hi Due to limited funds we purchased a Simpson ezi 7.5kg from a local marketplace site. We were advised that sometimes you need to lay the hose down on the ground for the water to drain...I ran a water wash yesterday which went thro ok but 2nd load wont drain...My husband has checked the pump for issues and appears to be ok...could you please advise a potential cause to elimate the process of locating the issue....thank you for your time...I may add that we live in a mining town and the machine has been used for washing mining clothes....
