Washer will not start washing after fill but just beeps?

Just replaced the diverter. Tested a wash and it fills to the desired level but then does not continue the wash and makes a continous beep sound. There are no error codes on the panel. I turn it off. Hit the power button and it just starts to fill over again.
Any clue whats going on?
