F4 showing on Morco but its not the Hi limit thermostat?

Hi,
My Morco Feb 24 ED Prop (caravan) boiler keeps cutting out the heating and the hot water - sometimes just one of the two sometimes both together with the code F4 being shown. The high limit thermostat has been changed but the fault continues - any ideas would be welcome?
