Does anyone know how to fix interior Blower\de-mister on a clio?

I have a cliosport 172 (02)with climate control and the blower doesnt come on no matter what settings I use.
Does anyone know why this has occurred and how to fix?

Did you have any joy fixing your fan?
I have the same problem on my 03 Clio Dynamique DCi.
The garage suggested that the fault was a blown balanced resistor (the part that controls the fan speed), and I purchased a new one - however, I can't find the old one to replace it!
Any ideas/suggestions?
