Spear and Jackson hedge trimmer HTEG47A-660. It has a rotating handle and the electrical contacts inside this are only connecting intermittently. ie sometimes it works OK, other times not until you rotate to a new position and it may then work - or not.

Some advice on how to access this rotating contact mechanism would help.
