i have whirlpool 1400 spin and for the past 2 days i have been unable to get it to spin, i keep getting F P flashing up on the front and the spin buttons flashing

I have same problem with a AWM 6141/s, just started recently, but only about 70% of my wash programs wont spin , not all of them, and i have checked filter more than once and i have NO error messages at all, at the spin cycle the pump just drains and drains until i cancel prog and switch to 'drain n spin' prog to finish wash off.

Machine is 6 years old and runs fantastic still, until yesterday when my door lock sensor went :( have engineer out soon to fix so ill follow up with what is up with the spin probs, so others who have same prob with no error messages have a another possible option to look at.

I have the same thing all the time, you need to clean out the filter. open at the front of the washing machine at the bottom and unscrew the filter.
