To replace the bearings on a WMA machine is quite a task, first you need to remove the front panel and control panel. Next you need to remove the concrete weight from the top and front of the tub, then disconnect the hose from the soap container, unclip all the wiring from the cabinet, remove the sump hose from the tub, disconnect the motor and heater wiring, remove the pressure tube from the pressure switch, pull the plastic pins out of the suspension rods at the tub end, then remove the tub from the cabinet.
Once you have the tub out you will need to unscrew all the bolts around the tub and split the 2 halves. Next you have to drive the drum shaft out of the bearings (big hammer required) when the drum is out of the tub you can drive the bearings out of the tub (big hammer and drift). Drive the new bearings into the tub refit the seal in front of the bearings, refit the drum bolt the tub back together and fit it all back into the cabinet.
Should take about one hour!!
