Hotpoint TDL 32 running cold?

My TDL 32 appears to operate correctly except there is no heat. Can anybody help with advice please

thanks for the response. It turned out to be the two thermal overload sensors. Fluff between the heating elements had shortcircuited and the overloads had popped. Having real probs though with the door switch. The door appears out of line top to bottom as if the hinge needs a spacer at the top where the hinge assy bolts to the machine. As a consequence the door close latch is failing to operate the door contactor and without a swift clout to the lower half of the door fails to connect and run. Such a simple problem but can't quite work out the fix! Any suggestions?

It will most likely be a thermostat that has gone.

They come as a kit and both need replacing. They are located above the heater element which is behind the cover at the rear of the machine. Just a simple matter of removing about a dozen screws.
