BT 4600 twin one handset bot ringing?

One of my twin handsets BT 4600 does not ring. It works in every other way. I can make calls from it etc. but it just does not ring with incoming calls.
Any help would be much appreciated

Check the ringer volume is not set to mute/off. See p67 of the manual here:
