Hi I have opened up my Bosch Tumble Dryer WTV74103GB/07 and located the screw that was caught between the drum and the seal but when I took the back off, a spring fell from the bottom of the drum. I cannot find this piece anywhere on the diagrams nor spare parts list. I think it may be a drum support? It’s not the fan spring. Any ideas if I send a picture about where it attaches. I assume it stretched and broke due to the drum being caught by the errant screw! Many thanks in advance.
