Peugeot 206 sw Heater/Blower not working?

How to fix peugeot 206 sw heater/blower?Blower not working on my peugeot 206 sw 1.4 diesel 03 plate. I have checked and replaced fuses, replaced heating resistor and front control panel also tested the blower directly to battery and it works. Please help!

I'd have been tempted to follow the supply voltage starting at the fuse and working round the wiring. That way I wouldn't have been randomly replacing bits.
