I have an Upright Vacuum Ceaner Powerful 1150w Motor. I never carry by the handle, I wheel it to where I am taking it. You had to put your foot on the back of the bottom of the vacuum to release the handle, something happened and it wont stand up. Its only 18mths old and Hoover has gone into liquidation and isn't getting back to me. I need to know how to get into the back of it to see if I can fix it. Can you help? NZ
