How can I replace the thermostat[Oven, SMEG, SE375]?

My oven is getting too hot whenever it is used. I think this must be due to a faulty thermostat and would like to replace it. But I do not know how or where exactly the thermostat is.

i am having the same problem. did you get it sorted. have had the oven apart looks fairly simple replacement but the parts i have seen on web look different from what is in oven on the control knob end of the thermostat.
