Fan running continuously?

Tricity cooker 4638 BT. Serial no 835272. Fan which keeps the switches cool usually turns off after cooker has cooled but now runs constantly. Is there some kind of replacable thermostat control for this fan?

there is a stat on top of the oven that controls the fan coming on and off .sounds like the contacts have welded
