If i remove 3 rads permanently?

I want to remove 3 rads permanently, however because all pipework is buried in screed it would be difficult to remove.
Would leaving dead legs be a problem?
This is an open vented system.

Yes you can remove the radiators, hopefully you have supplemental heat for the space. can you reach the pipes under the floor? or identify the in the basement? just drain system, cut pipes where you can reach them, cap or plug pipes, refill system. you might have to cut out the floor under radiator or celing for access to the pipes. you will need some pipe wrenches i recommend a 24" and an 18".

in that situation you don't have much choice
