how can i fix my clutch release bearing on my 2003 ford mondeo?

The noise coming from it when the clutch is depressed is squeeling to start with and then it developes into a rumbling chattering noise. It disappeares when the clutch peddle is up

I am having the same problem at the moment and the garage say it is the fly wheel and not the clutch bearing and have quoted £700 for fixing it (new clutch and fly wheel)its a common fault aparently.
