The water reservor cracked did not overheat,replaced reservor and about month later it started overflowing, replaced cap, had a new reservor installed last month,heater was blowing cold air, new cap at same time. The temp gauge did go up but not in the red. During all this constantly filling reservor,now that has stopped but resvor is too full. Oil is clean not milkie, can do 70 on interstate no problem, no smoke. Any Ideas help would be nice. This is a 2000 Ford Tarus Se Wagon with 153000 miles. Thanks RC

yesterday it was fine. this morning didn't want to turn on. finally did. Went to work turned off. Now, now i turn key and wont start. won't even turn over. its a 2000 ford tarus

new idea! If your car has overheated once then you could had blew out a head gasket. That can cause extra pressure in the raditor and over fill the bottle. things to check, after engine is warm remove the rad-cap and check for bubbles,put the spark-plugs and check for rust or crystals from anti-freeze. Compress check might show a different but not a guarantee. good luck
