Whirlpool Electric Undercounter Oven Model RB262PXA?

The oven will not reach temperature. When setting it to 350 it only reaches 190 after being on for a while.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are trying to remove our Whirlpool Electric Under counter Oven Model RB262PXA. We cut the power and removed screws. The lower part is free but we can't seem to release the upper part to slide it out. What is holding it. Or what should we do?
