the gloworm ultimate 40ff i have is a system boiler which means i have a feed and expansion tank in the attic the little one next to or near the big water supply tank the f and e tank will work with a ball valve so unless turned of will keep introducing water to your system so if you isolated your radiator with the valves at the side ie the lockshield or the temperature reduce valve the put your radiator back on tighten up not overtighten open up vaves an open bleed valve at top of radiator with an appropriate bleed valve key and let air out radiator untill water comes out this should do it
