Creda T622CW?

Our Creda T622CW is not heating up, tried shorting both cutouts on back of dryer to find only top element out of 4 is heating up.Is this normal? One of the cutouts has a diaphragm that can only be described as "pops" in and out, the other cut out doesn't.I am not sure whether the problem is just related to the cut outs or the elements as well.Any body help with this one , and also where can you get parts ie/cut outs and elements if required ,

yep, this is the second time my thermostats have gone in two years for this model.

Also check that the elements havent snapped/sheared.

A bit late for a good link but http://www.espares.co.uk/part/tumble-dryers/creda/t622cw/p/1088/720/0/424780/487865/thermostat-kit.html

Replace the cut outs. 9 times out of 10 this is the cause. Ask for a thermostat kit (£12) and replace them yourself (they're at the back above the elements). I just have and it works. Most domestic repairers stock them.
