My Hotpoint Ultima WMA62 won't drain, as I don't have an instruction book for it I don't know where the drain is. The machine is at the end of the cycle but with the power on it will not finish, to access the machine I had to disconnect from the mains.

Mary,

The pump is located at the rear/bottom of the machine and is accessed by taking off the small panel at the back of the machine.

The pump is removed by lifting and shifting to the left.

check that u got no blockages in the pump or hose if pump not runnin will need to replace
