how can i fix my washing machine ariston margherita 2000 a1435 advantage?

My Ariston Margherita 2000 A1435 Advantage washing machine problem started with the dial clicking around continuously. Turning it off resolved the issue a few times. Now when I select a program nothing is happening.

I similar problem two times:

1 - the water pump stop working, one coin jammed the pump.

2 - The electric motor burn, solution replaced the motor.
