How do I repair the suction of my dyson DC4?

My DC4 won't suck from the main part of the appliance though the hose works fine. I've cleaned out all the removeable bits and checked for blockages, but nothing has worked.

Check that the brush roller is spinning & that the short clear hose isnt blocked or torn.
