diagram for timing on rover 214?

have you got a diagram for the timing on a g reg rover 214 please

you don't need one mate it'd dead easy.
firstly line up the timing notch on the bottom pulley with the marker on the backplate then line the dots on the camshaft pulleys so they are facing each other (in the middle) then fit the timing belt - simple as that. before trying to start it is advisable to turn the engine over 1 full turn by hand.
if this question relates to a snapped timing belt then you have definately some bent valves - sorry but the rover k series engine is famous for it
