White Knight tumble drier has no heat?

My White Knight tumble drier sensor dry compact tumbles but does not produce heat, can anyone help?

never seen one However "sensor dry" sounds fancy and is probibly the prob. The "sensor" thinks the clothes are dry and wont switch on heat or elements faulty
