proline tdc6a producing no heat !?

i have a 4 year old proline tdc6a that seems to be working ok, but produces no heat ! i have replace the two thermostats on the back and also the heater, but it still does not heat up. any suggestions anyone ? i also bought a front thermostat but i could not see where this is meant to go.

cheers

Followed your advice about finding the front thermostat after replacing the back green spotted one. After blowing the fluff off it the dryer started working fine without buying a new one. Ialso took the sides off and cleaned a tonne of fluff and grit out of the bottom

i had another go today and stripped down the front of the dryer this time. i found a couple of wires that didn't seem to be going anywhere, they trailed down to the inner door section. inside there was the front thermostat so i replaced it and whipped everything back together again. i can confirm that it is now producing heat again and working correctly. the front thermostat is part number 1701575 and costs between £6-£9 on ebay. the job should take you about 45 mins and only slightly more tricky than replacing the rear thermostats.

I hope this helps someone.
