zanussi dryer tc481w not drying?

hi there can any one help me the fan that blows air across the heater element is not working could it be the motor or capacitor or something else thanks.

The fan that blows air across the heater element and then into the drum is driven by a belt from a fly wheel on the rear of the motor. If the main drum is working as normal then the motor must be working OK. If the heater element is working OK the back of the machine will heat up when switched on. Have a look inside the plastic cover on the rear of the machine bottom right, the drive belt which operates this fan is about 30cm long running horizontally. Hope this helps.
