Where is the door light switch on a Mondeo?

Where are the door switches that operate the interior lights on a Ford Mondeo estate 2litre Ghia 'S reg' 1999 model? The Haynes manual shows a standard 'push in' switch on the door frame, but I cannot see one on my car.
