Washer Bottle Removal?

How do i go about gaining access to the washer bottle for a Ford Fiesta 98 model. No waster is coming out of the sprayer and think it could need a new pump, however we are not sure how to get to it as it is consiled

you need to remove the inner wheel arch they are a bit of a fiddle but nothing to bad
