i am trying to deresrtict my gelera dna 50cc 2004 model and lots of different website have said different things please could you tell me how you would do this.

first there is no washer! the variator has a case with three bolts on the back this should have the rollers in this case gets removed and put in the bin as the rollers will stay in on some peds they have to covers take the first on of then throtle dosent have a restiction its the jets in the carb and the EXPANSION pipe gets cut off once done your in the same place as me a bike that wants to go but the cdi wont let it unless you buy a new race cdi of ebay you got to get a garage to do this take it easy!!!

take the washer out of the transmission it is behind the front half of the variator,then cut the disruptor pipe from the exhaust pipe its the one that doesnt go to anything wels a washer over the hole after,then pull a brass plate out from th back of the carb and take the throttle slide out from the top of the carb and move the circlip to the bottom slot on the needle (one nearest the pointed end) hey presto de restricted :)
