my car will not start?

i own a ford galaxy ghia 1999 petrol 2.3i,i am unable to start the car the battery is not flat and it tries to turn over but will not start,any suggestions please

if it "tries" to turn over it could be the stater motor, try www.nsec.co.uk they have spares for galaxy's
