How do i get a big dent out of my plastic bumper?

I hit a cement pole with my plastic bumper. Is there a way to heat up the plastic and push it back out? What type of tool would I need to push it with? 2001 toyota camry

u can use a heat gun.aplly heat to the damaged area it should change the bumpers shape to original.make sure not to point the heat gun too close to the bumper
