When the compresser shuts off it makes a clanking noise and shakes. Whirlpool model ET18NK, refrigerator/frezzer 18 cu.ft.

Refrigerator is running but does not get cool.
Coils have been thoroughly cleaned and gasket have been
replaced. Could you please tell me what to do next before
calling the repair man? Thank you so much
