to re assosiate the key to your car, you need to place the key in the ignition, turn on so all the lights are on, on your dashboard, press any of the buttons on your key, the door will lock and then unlock, to say your key is now assosiated.

You need to re-associate the key fob to the car, I cant remember exactly how its done, but its something like... press & hold the lock button on the fob whilst turning the key to aux position, the doors should then lock.If you have the handbook for the car it explains how to do it. I have a different car now so I cant help you any further, if you cant do it, a vauxhall dealer should be able to tell you the exact procedure ( over the phone) as it's no secret.
