how can i replace a fiesta door lock which was broken during a break in?

Hi,
I have an M reg Fiesta si 1.6 ( 1994/5 ). Recently some sc*mbag decided to try and break in through the driver's door. They managed to chisel around the lock and open the door but didn't take anything from the car. It's not worth me making an inusrance claim since nothing was taken and I really need my no claims.
Is there a cheap way I can get a replacement lock and fit it myself ? I understand that the lock has to personalised to the electronic key , so does that mean I have to pay a Ford main dealer ? :o((
I will also need to bend some of the door panel metal back into place , but that doesn't look impossible from the outside.

Thanks, James

firstly the key is not coded to the door lock it is coded to ignition only. you can pick a lock and key up for about ten pounds from most scrap dealers. they are easy to fit simply remove door panel and waterproof plastic. pull conecting rod from clip and slide or pull metal retaining plate. lock will simply lift out and replacing is easy also.
