I have a 2.0 Duratorq from I think 2003 with the same problem, and also desprite for a solution.

Your not alone i have an 06 Mondeo TDI and i get the same thing.

Engine get to normal temp but still no heat no mater were i set it.

Any answers would be a help as i am numb
